With the holy month of Ramadan, all of us are looking for ways to make sure that this will be the year that we change. Keeping this in mind, here are 5 ways you can prepare yourself for this festival. Today's article (this one) is a little off topic as you are on a popular ethnicwear fashion portal and planning your Eid outfit but we want to share some ideas for coming Eid. These are not so general ways to celebrate Eid but before that during the month of Ramadan, you can work on yourself while making some extra efforts. We ensure the best time when you follow these ideas.

1) Have the Right Intention
Have the right intention in your mind, that this year will be the time of great spiritual effort. To make sure that this intention turns into reality, make a checklist of your daily goals for Ramadan and a separate checklist for the whole month.

2) Increase Quran Recitation
Many of us aim to complete reading the Quran at least once during Ramadan. In case you don’t have the habit of reading the Quran daily, try and incorporate it into your daily routine. This will help you to be able to read longer sections of the holy book.

3) Perform Extra Prayers
Start to pray voluntary prayers to prepare yourself for the extra prayers that take place during this holy month. If you have missed obligatory prayers in the past, this is a great opportunity to make up for all of them.

4) Organize your life to minimize waste and overconsumption
One of the major concerns about how people practice Ramadan nowadays is the high level of overconsumption and the wastage that takes place during this holy month.

5) Getting Ready for Eid Celebration
The last few days of Ramadan are a chaos for everyone preparing for Eid. It is a major festival of the Muslim community and is celebrated in full glory. However, none of us want to waste the last few days of Ramadan running around preparing for Eid. So, do all the things in advance, pick out your outfits, buy all the presents to be given to the relatives, plan the party and decorations in advance. This way you will have the last few days of Ramadan to focus on the goals you had set for yourself.

We hope these tips come in handy.
