It is 100% safe and secure to make a Payment online as all the payments are processed via Secured Payment Gateways.

We never ask our customer to provide Card Number directly on our website or on phone. We never charge any Credit Card directly as well, every transaction is done through Secured Payment Gateway only. Thus it is always safe and secured to make a payment online through the Website.

It is very simple! Open any product and enter your delivery address Pin Code / Zip Code in the 'BOX' given on right side below the image. Click on 'Check' Button and you will be able to check the eligibility of the delivery. We are providing COD in India only.

PayPal is one of the most preferred Payment Gateway across the world. Using PayPal, you can pay via your own PayPal account if you have or you can also pay directly through your Credit Card. You do not need to open an PayPal account to pay us.

The payment can be done online using your credit card / PayPal account and upon completion of order, you will receive an email for the Order Confirmation.

There are no restrictions on the discounts. However the discount codes will not be applicable during the Sale or on already discounted products. Also we do not offer discount on the shipping charges.

We accept all types of Credit Cards (International/Indian) and Debit Cards (Indian) for making the payment. COD (Cash on Delivery) option is also available in selected locations within India.

7 Products Related FAQs

If a product is discontinued from the Website then it automatically gets removed from the Cart. If such case occurs then you can contact us via email / WhatsApp and possible assistance shall be given.

'In Stock' means that the product is available to purchase. But the mentioned processing time would be required for arranging and shipping the ordered product.

You can edit the measurements but the same needs to be informed within 24 hours. So the necessary amendments are done before the product is taken for the Stitching.

Pre-stitched sarees makes the process of saree wearing one step easier. The pleatig of these sarees is done in such a way that they are simply to be put on like a Skirt. It reduces the fuss of tucking, pleating, and adjusting the Pallav length as they are already set in the center. Petticoat is to be worn separately and it is not stitched with saree.

Option of Pre-Stitched Saree does not include the stitching of the blouse. It includes only stitching of the saree and the matching petticoat.

On a regular basis the stock updates are done on the website. If any of the design goes out of stock then there are very little chances of restocking of that design.

Generally the sizes updated on the website are the ones provided by the manufacturer. So if any of the size is not showing up then the availability of that size is not possible.

13 Shipping / Returns Related FAQs

Usually courier companies reattempt the deliveries if undelivered in the first attempt. In such situations, we suggest you please contact the local courier office and check for the exact status of the parcel. If still remains undelivered then you may contact us and we will update you after checking with the courier company.

Yes, there is a possibility. Usually the products get ready as per the mentioned time but upon customer's request we can check if the order can be shipped early. You need to write an email to [email protected] for such concerns.

However, it is recommended to ask us in prior before you placing an order so that we can check the availability and assist you accordingly. You can also select '5 to 7 Days' option from 'Days to Ship' Filter.

Every product needs different processing time to get ready and shipped from our side. Once you open a product, you will find the processing time (Days to Ship) is mentioned on our website on the right hand. Stitching on any of the product/s will take additional 5-7 working days.

Yes, we provide 100% FREE shipping within India.

Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of approximate weight of selected products in cart and the delivery destination country. Thus, it may vary depending on the approximate weight of selected products and the delivery address. You can check the shipping charges while checking out for your order.

Yes, you would receive an email with the Airway Bill Number of the courier once it is shipped. You would be able to track it with the respective courier in 24 hours.

Such decisions are made, based on the order placed. Please email / contact us with your order number and the request. We shall get back to you based on the order that's placed.

We use reputed couriers like DHL, Fedex, UPS, Aramex, Bluedart based on the destination of delivery. The concern department decides which courier services to be used according to the destination country.

Custom duty charges / VAT / Import duty, are solely under the discretion of the local governments and as a seller, we have no control over the same. Your country's Import Rules and regulations play a vital role in determining the Custom duties / VAT / Import duties etc.

Custom duty is a kind of indirect tax which is levied on the import and export of goods for international trade. Duties levied by the government in relation to imported items are referred to as import duty. The custom duty charges are decided solely by the local government of the receiver. The weight of the package, the value and the dimensions or other criteria, play a role in determining the custom duty/ local taxes/ VAT on the package.

Refunds are initiated from our side only after we receive the goods at our end in its original condition. The Quality Check team from their end checks for the defect and once the defect is identified we do the process for the Refund.

We would be able to accept returns for all eligible products. For such concern, you need to write to us on [email protected] within 24 hours of the delivery made. Please check the returns policy mentioned on the website, to understand if the product that you ordered is eligible for return.

5 Order Related FAQs

Once the order has been paid for, you will receive an Order Confirmation email on your email id. If you don’t find the Order Confirmation email after your order is placed, check your spam box as well.

We do not take the orders through phone. The order needs to be placed through the Website itself. If at all you are facing any difficulty while placing the order we can be contacted through Email or WhatsApp.

You can mention the instructions in the 'Order Comment Box'.

If at all you miss to mention then you can also email to us on [email protected] Our team will check your order and will revert back to your email.

For cancelling the order an email needs to be sent to [email protected] within 24 hours of the order being placed. Confirmation for cancellation will be given through email and the Refund will be processed as per 90% of the product price paid (10% processing fees will be deducted as per the details mentioned in the Cancellation Policy on the website). The cancellation will not be entertained if the product is arranged / shipped / processed. The Cancellation request received post 24 hours may or may not be entertained based on the current order status. If entertained then the Refund amount will be 80% of the product value.

The order can be edited within 24 hours of order placing. An email needs to be sent on [email protected] regarding the same. A response regarding the same will be sent within 24 hours of mail sent.
